Hauraki Heat Basketball is our newest formed club based out of Hauraki Plains College in Ngatea. The Heat enter teams into Franklin Basketball Association (FBA) run competitions.

Our aim is to ensure the game of basketball is accessible for everyone!

Each school term is a new season and requires players to be re-registered prior to the registration closing date.

Online Registrations

Term 1 - Opens Mon 23rd January - Tues 7th February 

Term 2 - Opens Mon 10th April - Tues 25th April 

Term 3 - Opens Mon 3rd July - Mon 24th July 

Term 4 - Opens Mon 25th September - Wed 11th October

Term 4 Program Details:

17 Yrs & Under (2006, 2007)

Approx. Training Times: Tuesday's 6:15 - 7:00pm (8 Week Programme)

Venue: Franklin Pool & Leisure

Cost: $100 + AAA Fee

 

Competition Dates:

Senior Club Competition - 15U/17U Grades

When: Wednesdays

18th, 25th October - 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th November - 6th December

Fees:

Player fees:

• This covers team entry, uniform hireage & training costs for the term. 

• Fees payable at confirmation of registration and is required to finalise registration for the term.

Annual Association Affiliation (AAA) fee:

• The AAA fee affiliates each individual player to Franklin Basketball Association on an annual basis. 

• Assists in the overall funding of basketball development in our region through in schools programmes, referee & coach development, club resourcing and our sustainable clubs initiative.
